The ED teams do a fantastic job all year round, but in November 2013, everyone's hard work was rewarded with an unprecedented number of compliments from patients.
The Emergency Medicine service received 8 separate compliments during the month, with phrases from patients and relatives such as:

"Greatly impressed with speed and efficiency"
"Terrific, clear and sensitive care provided to 14yr old son"

It is with exceptional pride that I work with such dedicated, hard-working and talented colleagues from all disciplines, and, with the improvement work we are currently undertaking, I know we will only get better still.
